Big Changes at Alice Violet Creative

Running Alice Violet Creative over the last four years has been one big learning curve. Growth isn’t always tidy; sometimes it’s new skills, bigger clients, stronger results. Other times, it’s realising a bold step forward wasn’t quite in the right direction. But resilience through those moments is what makes building a business real, and when you have a business epiphany and apply it, the payoff is worthwhile.

I’ve been lucky to have great mentors over the years, and more recently, I’ve had the ear of Asif Rehmanwala, CEO of Green Britain Group. As a founder still very hands-on in client delivery, it’s easy to get stuck in the weeds. This summer, I carved out time to zoom out, reflect on where we’re heading, and recharge. Thanks to Asif for his encouragement and words of wisdom so far.

We’ve also been channelling our creative energy into concepting brand new shows for clients and producing the Cyber Made Human Podcast, with some very cool content coming out in the following weeks.

The result? Some exciting changes…

I first met Norts (left) through a six-part documentary series we produced for CyNam. Since then, we’ve collaborated on proposals, briefs and even a Cyber Made Human episode. Alongside Derek Ahmedzai (right), he brings heavyweight skills across app development, brand elevation, AI content, storyboarding and creative strategy. Together, they help us push client websites and brand presence to a whole new level.
