Hiring: Digital Marketing and Content Manager
Alice Violet Creative is looking for a Digital Marketing and Content Manager to join the team at our Digital Marketing Agency, Gloucestershire.
Location:
Cheltenham, Gloucester co-work spaces and remote.
You will also be needed at events and client visits so access to a car is preferred but not essential.
Package:
- Full Time
- 35 hours per week
- Salary is between £24k-33k per year depending on experience
- Remote working two days per week
- Flexible working hours

Alice Violet Creative offer strategic content marketing services such as video, photography and podcasts. We primarily work with brands that have a technical or complex product or service which we enable them to communicate effectively.

The Role:
This is a dynamic and demanding role suited to someone who loves variety and is keen to learn. AVC is now 3 years old and this will be our first, full-time position with the potential to grow and evolve with us as our business and team grow.
You will be responsible for the delivery of social media content for both AVC and some of our key clients. You will also help to create and edit content in the form of videos, podcasts, graphics, written text and photography.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Support on AVC and client digital marketing strategy
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of AVC and client social media presence
- Support on content deliverables for both AVC and clients in the form of video, audio and photography editing.
- Creation of content in the form of written blogs.
- Support behind-the-scenes for AVC and client content creation days for video, podcast and photography production.
- Have a presence within the Cheltenham business and cybersecurity communities to raise the profile of AVC.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- A creative approach to digital and content marketing
- An interest in learning new skills, and technologies and growing with the needs of the role and company.
- Ability to prioritise client deliverables.
Experience Preferred for the Role (not essential)
- Social media management for B2B brands
- Content editing in the form of video, audio, photography
- Podcast, video or audio production
- Marketing experience
- Content creation or editing
